Giving thanks especially to Our Creator, our sponsors, and to the viewers and supporters of We Cookin' Eclectic Vincy Cuisine©. We are now in August,  moving rapidly towards our 2nd year anniversary of airing one of the most distinctively unique culinary programs in St. Vincent & the Grenadines. In preparation for our October 2012 celebration, we have begun filming new episodes of We Cookin'.  We are extremely grateful  to our Videographer/Co-Editor, Fabian Guerra; who has agreed to assist us for another season.  Also we appreshelove the hospitality of Mr. Walter and Mrs. Kimberly Ashley, owners/operators of  Grandview Guest House, the location for filming our new episodes of We Cookin'.
Keeping in mind the constructive critique of our audience, and the many requests for our eclectic recipes, we have embarked on a mission to creating and producing a program that will continue to incorporate, and promote the use of  our local agricultural and marine produce. Further, some of our goals include featuring the skills and talent of our youth in SVG, whether as guest culinary artist or  as food critics.  We value the ideas, opinions and thoughts of the youth, as they have demonstrated (in these past  almost two years of airing ) the most candid, critical, and valuable interest in We Cookin' .  This premise we have inferred by the number of parents, grandparents, and youth themselves, who express to us on a daily basis, their appreshelove for We Cookin'. In addition, we also have considered the pulse of the many farmers, fisherfolks, vendors and everyday people we have met throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines islands of Bequia, Mustique and Union, who express nothing but
"Love "   and encouragement for the program. To all those supporters we extend our heartfelt thanks for the motivation to push on.
In gratitude to Our Creator, and in our committment to our sponsors and viewers; we aim to deliver a program that will continue to educate, engage, inform, inspire and motivate Vincentians to utilize the abundant natural resources available  in order to effect a transformation in developing a healthier , more peaceful and stronger nation, physically, mentaly, spiritually, economically, and socially.
In this raspect, we likewise ask that  you continue your vital support of We Cookin': Eclectic Vincy Cuisine. Write to us, call us, speak to us when we pass one another on the road; remember, we value your ideas, opinions and thoughts. Till we meet again, I have added some pics. of the filming of our first episodes for your viewing pleasure.
Raspectfully Yours,
Empress Modupe Olufunmi-Jacobs
